The transactions involve Hipskind Technology Solutions Group of Chicago, which closed in November of 2017 and Platinum Systems of Kenosha, Wisconsin was inked in April 2018. Both deals were led by Cogent Growth Partners as the buy-side intermediary for Whoa.
