He leads the team through the entire transaction life cycle, including candidate recruiting, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, deal negotiation, transaction structuring, and documentation. Rick ensures thoughtful consultation with all parties to achieve successful deal closings, providing the expertise needed for a smooth process.

George Sierchio is an entrepreneurial veteran having owned and operated several successful services and consulting businesses in the last 25+ years. This includes his work as a consultant and advisor to owners of IT companies providing guidance in profitability, overall growth, and mergers & acquisitions related activities. He is highly experienced in the areas of strategy, finance, operations, and human resources specific to M&A.

Bruce Teichman has 30 years of IT experience in software development, network engineering, project management, sales, and executive management. He led M&A strategies at Fortune 500 firms and owned successful IT businesses in New York and Atlanta. At All Covered, he negotiated numerous nationwide transactions. Bruce’s expertise spans strategy, finance, operations, and HR, with a strong M&A focus.
