Cogent Advises Winxnet, Inc. on Their Acquisition of KDSA Consulting, LLC

PORTLAND, ME, August 28, 2014 -- Cogent Growth Partners, LLC (Cogent) announced today that they advised Winxnet, Inc. (Winxnet), a rapidly expanding Portland Maine-based New England provider of IT consulting and outsourcing for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), on its recently announced acquisition of KDSA Consulting, LLC (KDSA), a leading technology consulting firm based in Methuen, MA. The transaction was effective for August 1, 2014.

With the acquisition, Winxnet will strengthen service to its current customer base, as well as to businesses throughout the New England region through the addition of over 40 consulting, service and sales professionals.  Winxnet will also increase its offerings to include Enterprise Resource Planning “ERP” solutions—including Microsoft Dynamics™/Great Plains and Acumatica—as well as Business Applications consulting, Unified Voice Communications and a greatly expanded Cloud/Datacenter capacity.  KDSA was founded in 2004 by Principals John LoConte and Dawn Mortimer, who will join Winxnet as company executives continuing to lead from the Methuen office.
